A four-year-old girl has found dead at her Wirral home. Chloe Fletcher was found at a semi-detached house in Oakdale Avenue, Poulton, Wallasey, just before 2am 29th April 2009. A post-mortem examination has confirmed the cause of death as drowning, although she had been dressed and put to bed (reports the Liverpool Echo).
Many local residents have told how they had grown increasingly concerned for Chloe's well-being during the 12 months she had lived in Oakdale Avenue with her mother.

The Mother classed as (maternal breakdown)with her paranioa believed that Chole was going to be taken away rather than this she drowned her in the bath laid her face down on the bed dressed and hair done neat with a soft toy beside her where she laid for 2 days her mother laying beside her after calling the emergencey services little Chloe was discovered........
Judge Henry Globe Q.C. quotes the full case is shocking HE then imposed a order for the Mother to be kept for a indefinate hopspital order.........
Father & Grandmother contacted social services at Wirral council to report fears the child was being left on her own in the house.
The youngster, named locally as Chloe, was described by neighbours as a "lovely, gorgeous little girl with blond hair". She had just started at nearby Oakdale Nursery School.
Another neighbour said "She was a lovely little girl. She was very bouncy and she would always shout 'hi' when she would walk past."
A Wirral social services spokeswoman said "We would like to extend our deepest sympathies to everyone affected by this tragedy...........
While this sentance was being imposed both Father and Grandmother were in the public gallery
Grandmother says life will never be the same without the chilld they loved and cherished please keep them in your thought when you light for this beautiful princess......
